Who Am I?
I began my yoga practice 9 years ago in rainy Seattle, WA. Searching for an escape from the damp and dreary weather I began to attend hot yoga classes regularly at my local studio. I was instantly hooked as I began to experience the benefits of yoga.
After 5 years of practicing various styles of yoga (Iyengar, Vinyasa, Bikram, Yin, Kundalini, Hatha), I became a certified CorePower instructor in Chicago, IL. The past 4 years I have teaching Yoga and music while living in Luxembourg. To-date I have logged over 1000 hours of teaching experience.

YOGA IN PRACTICE
At first I was drawn to the physical benefits of increased strength and flexibility but the more I practiced the more I found the best benefits of yoga occured in the mind. I continue to be amazed with the peace and contentment I find through my practice and how it allows me to live a fuller and more purposeful life.
For me yoga is a tool to of awareness. It is an acient discipline and art to help you understand yourself and your relation to your environment better. I primarily focus on the techniques of Asana and Pranayama and how we can use these techniques to create better awareness of ourselves.
