WHAT IS YOGA?
Yoga is the practice of art which aims to join together the body and the mind. It is all-in-all a physical, mental, and spiritual. There are many different paths of yoga which have been practiced for thousands of years. It is most often referred to as a discipline, typically practiced with the intention of suppressing unnecessary thoughts. However, today yoga is practiced for many other reasons, including its physical / health benefits and its lifestyle / mental refinements.
