Practicing yoga individually is important and necessary. There is something truly special, however about working together towards a common goal to support each other's inward journeys. 

 

Group Yoga can help you...

- Strengthen your sense of community. Connecting with others in a social sense is a health boost on its own, adding the benefits of yoga to the mix only improves further. 

- Learn patience and trust leading to a boost of self-confidence.

- Develop (and stick to) healthy habits by teaching accountability and challenging yourself / others.

- Find longevity in your practice to help you stay in the present moment through others who share a common goal.
